The Hypnosis Session That Changed Everything: My Experience with a Montauk Project Survivor

There are moments in a hypnotherapist's career that fundamentally shift how you see reality. For me, that moment came during a two-hour age regression session with someone claiming to be a survivor of the Montauk Project.

Mysteries Decoded: The Montauk Project
Mysteries Decoded: The Montauk Project

If you're unfamiliar with Montauk, you're not alone. It's one of the most controversial alleged government programs in modern conspiracy research - a continuation of the infamous MK-Ultra experiments, supposedly conducted at Camp Hero in Montauk, New York during the 1970s and

1980s.

The official story? Camp Hero was decommissioned in 1981.

The unofficial story? Something far darker continued behind those walls.

The Call That Started It All

I received the request like any other booking inquiry. Someone needed help with suppressed memories and trauma they couldn't fully access. As a certified hypnotherapist specializing in age regression, this wasn't unusual.

What was unusual was what emerged during our session.

I'm not going to share the details yet - that recorded session is currently in storage, and when I retrieve it, I'll be releasing portions of it publicly. But I can tell you this: what this person described under hypnosis was consistent, detailed, and deeply disturbing.

ree

They recalled:

  • Being taken to Camp Hero as a child

  • Participation in experiments involving consciousness manipulation

  • Missing time spanning days or weeks

  • Multiple handlers and other children in the program

  • Technologies that shouldn't have existed in that era

  • Memories that had been deliberately suppressed

Why I'm Speaking Out Now

For years, I kept this session private. Client confidentiality is sacred in my practice, and this person's story felt too sensitive, too unbelievable to share widely.

But recently, I mentioned this experience in passing on social media. The response was immediate and overwhelming.

Dozens of people reached out - some sharing their own experiences of missing time, unexplained childhood trauma, or family connections to military programs. Others had pieces of the Montauk puzzle they wanted to share.

I realized something important: people need to talk about these experiences. They need validation. They need to know they're not alone or crazy.

And maybe most importantly - they need access to professionals who can help them explore these memories safely.

The Intersection of Hypnosis and Hidden History

As a hypnotherapist, I don't approach these sessions with a predetermined conclusion. My job isn't to validate or debunk anyone's experience. My job is to help people access their own memories and process them in healthy ways.

What I've learned through years of doing this work:

The subconscious doesn't lie - though it may use symbolism and metaphor to process traumatic experiences.

Memory suppression is real - whether through natural psychological defense mechanisms or more deliberate means, people absolutely can block out experiences too painful or confusing to process.

Missing time is more common than you think - I've worked with dozens of clients who have hours, days, or even weeks they cannot account for.

These experiences create real trauma - regardless of the literal truth of what happened, the psychological impact on these individuals is profound and measurable.

What's Coming Next

I'm launching a new series exploring these topics in depth:

On YouTube, I'll be releasing:

  • A complete series on the Montauk Project and my work with this survivor

  • Guided hypnosis sessions to help YOU explore your own hidden memories

  • Deep dives into alien encounters, government programs, and consciousness research

  • Real case studies from my practice (anonymized and with permission)

On this blog, you'll find:

  • Written accounts of cases I've worked on

  • Educational content about age regression and memory recovery

  • Analysis of historical programs like MK-Ultra and their lasting impact

  • Resources for people experiencing unexplained phenomena

In private sessions, I'm now specifically offering:

  • Exploratory regression for experiencers of unusual phenomena

  • Missing time investigation

  • Alien encounter regression

  • Trauma processing related to government/military family backgrounds

The Questions That Keep Me Up at Night

This work has left me with more questions than answers:

How many people are walking around with suppressed memories of experiences they can't explain?

If programs like Montauk really existed, how many victims are still suffering in silence?

What's the connection between reported alien abductions and alleged government consciousness experiments?

Why do so many people report similar experiences - greys, missing time, military involvement - even when they have no contact with each other?

How do we help people heal from experiences that mainstream society refuses to acknowledge?

Your Experiences Matter

If you've experienced:

  • Missing time you can't explain

  • Childhood memories involving military bases or government facilities

  • Recurring dreams or flashbacks that feel like memories

  • Unexplained fears, especially of authority figures or medical procedures

  • Physical marks or experiences you can't account for

  • A sense that "something happened" but you can't access what

You're not alone. And you're not crazy.

These experiences are more common than most people realize. The challenge is that people are afraid to speak up, afraid they won't be believed, afraid they'll be labeled as delusional.

I'm creating a space where these conversations can happen safely.

A Note on Skepticism

I want to be clear: I'm not here to convince skeptics. I'm not here to prove or disprove conspiracy theories.

I'm here to help people who are suffering from suppressed memories and unexplained experiences - regardless of the ultimate truth behind those experiences.

Whether someone's memories are literal events, symbolic representations of trauma, or something in between, the pain is real. The confusion is real. The need for healing is real.

That's what matters to me as a practitioner.

The Recording

Yes, I have the full two-hour audio recording of the Montauk regression session.

No, I'm not releasing it yet - but I will.

I need to retrieve it from storage, and I need to get final permission from the individual involved. But when I do release portions of it, you'll be among the first to know.

Subscribe to stay updated.

Final Thoughts

This journey into hidden memories, government programs, and unexplained phenomena has been unexpected. I never set out to become "the Montauk hypnotherapist."

But I believe things unfold as they're meant to.

If this work has found its way to you, perhaps it's because you need it. Perhaps you have your own story to explore. Perhaps you're meant to be part of this conversation.

Welcome. I'm glad you're here.

The truth is already within you - sometimes you just need help remembering it.
